Terms and Conditions

 

    Thank you for choosing VincentBikeMotors.com as your supplies retailer. Your use of VincentBikeMotors.com is governed by the terms and policies set forth below. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from VincentBikeMotors.com. By using our site, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in VincentBikeMotors.com sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability and Warranty

In all circumstances, VincentBikeMotors.com maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Unless noted otherwise, products sold by VincentBikeMotors.com are covered by our guaranteed No damage on arrival policy. If product(s) received is damaged or broken, VincentBikeMotors.com will replace the item or will issue a full refund. Physical damage or misuse of the item is not covered. VincentBikeMotors.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer or for any malfunctioning caused by the customer. VincentBikeMotors.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any personal property that was damaged by proper or improper use of our products. VincentBikeMotors.com makes no express warranties except those stated in VincentBikeMotors.com applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of the order invoice.

Returns

​

  To return a product based upon VincentBikeMotors.com replacement warranty, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period (10 days from original invoice) for the product. Submit your information on the RMA form to request for a RMA number. RMA numbers will be issued within 48 hours after the form has been submitted. VincentBikeMotors.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which return products must be received by VincentBikeMotors.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customers should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee (at prevailing market rate). Shipping and handling is non-refundable. No exceptions. Return for a replacement of a defective item is free of charge. Package is to be sent back pre-paid by the buyer. (shipping/handling is not reimbursable). Cancellation of orders will be penalized a minimum of $2 or 5% (whichever is greater) of the total order amount for merchant and other fees involved in the transaction. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to VincentBikeMotors.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, original shrink wrap, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, VincentBikeMotors.com return policy will be terminated and VincentBikeMotors.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Exchange Policy

​

§  To exchange a product, the returned item must be in brand new condition with the original packaging material, original shrink wrap and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If the product returned is opened or look used, there will be a 20% restocking fee for the replacement. Shipping and handling charges for all return for replacement and refunds are non-refundable. All products ordered on our website is insured up to $100 USD. If the product arrives damaged at your location, we can file for a damage claim through our shipping carrier for up to $100 insured coverage. You must either mark refuse package on the box or state the damages on the bill of lading. We will replace the item free of charge to the customer. Exchanges must be submitted and authorized by our personnel within 10 business day of the purchase date.

 

Shipping Policy

 

§  All products on our website are in stock at our warehouse location. Will call or local pickup is available for all products that are in stock at our warehouse location. We will ship all orders placed on our site within 1-2 business days. Business days are counted as working days (Monday through Friday). Our shipping carrier (Fed Ex ) usually deliver all ground shipments to the west coast in 2-3 business days and up to 5-6 business days to the east coast. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we will have no control of what the shipping carrier will do with the package. However, if the package is lost or damaged, we will make sure the customer will receive what they ordered in a timely manner. Packages should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If package appears to be damaged, please report it to us within 72 hours. Failure to do so within the 72 hour time period will void any damaged inquiries.

 

Cancellation of Order

 

§  To cancel an order, the buyer must make the request on the same day the order was placed (before 2:00pm PST). If a request is made after the allotted timeframe, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. 5% cancellation fee will cover credit card settlement fees.

   

Limitation of Liability and Warranty

 

All kits carry a 30 Return or Exchange Warranty.  30 days begin from the date of arrival.  There is no exception to the 30 day warranty.  Not opening the package or delay in the inspection or installation of the kit does not extend your warranty period.

The information collected will be used to process orders and better serve you with our special deals in the future.We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties. Information collected includes customers contact name, email address, billing and shipping information, telephone numbers, credit card information and email address. Email addresses will be used only for customers to log into their account online and check their order history, order status or pre-fill their information for faster checkout time in the future. We may also use our users email address to send them special deals promoting only our website. The user may opt out of this by not checking the mailing list text box during checkout. VincentBikeMotors.com also requires you to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your user name and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone.

Order Acceptance Policy

VincentBikeMotors.com reserve the rights to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve the rights to require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order.

Typographical and Photographical Errors

VincentBikeMotors.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on VincentBikeMotors.com is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, VincentBikeMotors.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price. All pictures used on our site are for representational use only. All products will be exactly as described on the item description (text only).

• VincentBikeMotors.com is a California corporation and you agree that any legal action brought against VincentBikeMotors.com shall be governed by the laws of the state of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from your use of orders placed through VincentBikeMotors.com will be adjudicated in the county of Riverside, California by an appropriate federal or state court.
